Hey ! I am Sarah and I love , um , sorry , I live in Dubai.Having spent 5 years as a policewoman in Denver ( now a homemaker in Dubai ) , I was surprised at the lack of even basic defensive skills women here know about.Back home , we always had those What-Should You-Do Programs on TV ( That was way back in 1998 ! ).And recently I read in a local newspaper about it and decided to kick-up this blog.
Broadband recommended for viewing this website ( the videos , generally ) though I am also jamming it with tips , and text-based info.If you have any comments or questions or fan mail or just plain hate mail ( I hope Not ! ) send it
